We know that the challenge to making a great pair of elbow guards is to build them in such a way that they are comfortable in dynamic movement. We used lightweight 4-way stretch Cordura fabric to create an elbow guard that fits well and allows for the rapid upper body movement required for shifting weight on descents and in turns. D3O viscoelastic material offers excellent protection with minimal weight while maintaining flexibility.
